this morning I woke up and went to the gym at like 10. Did the usual treadmill run for like 30 minutes, whatever. Did some upper and lower body lifting…and then some abs. I mean, whatever, this is all still vey normal. Then I thought of all the stress I’ve had recently, so I went and walked my happy ass to an erg. And I willingly did 8x500…something is wrong with me.
